An entré including oysters, prawns & assorted sushi led to a buffet of crayfish, T-bone steak, beef sausage, lamb ribs and a range of salads too long to mention. Just when you thought you couldn't manage another mouthful, a magnificent dessert table appeared, consisting of colourful melons, ripe strawberries & cherries, nougat & praline chocolates. Then, in case you thought it was all over, each guest was presented with a small cake stuffed with cherries, figs and nuts.
