110 Main Road, Green Point. Go Mama Go, which opened its doors in December 1998, is the most innovative sushi restaurant in South Africa. Food is served on colour-coded plates, with predetermined prices, and transported to guests on a conveyor belt. At the end of the meal you are charged according to the number of plates you have chosen. Open Monday to Saturday from 11am 'till 11pm. Closed on Sundays. No booking required. |

the parties Every Wednesday and Friday evening, guests are invited to eat as much as they can for a fixed price of only R60. Once a month, Go Mama Go holds a funki sushi party where R100 buys you all the sushi you can eat as well as all the wine, beer, punch, toxic sludge and frozen margherita's you can drink.
